Our mission is to create a supportive environment where health-conscious individuals can come together to improve their fitness levels, both physically and mentally. We believe in a holistic approach to fitness that combines exercise, fitness challenges, social interaction including quizzes and winter balls and a strong sense of community.

What sets Flexible Fitness Nottingham apart from other fitness businesses in Nottingham is our inclusive environment and community focus. We believe in supporting each other on our fitness journeys and creating a welcoming space for everyone, regardless of their fitness level. Also walking in the Peak District and carrying out the Yorkshire 3 peaks is something that we love to do also. 

How We Create a Supportive Community

Classes are a key element in how we create a supportive fitness community at Flexible Fitness Nottingham. Our group sessions are designed to be fun, energetic, and inclusive, so everyone feels welcome and motivated to reach their goals together.

Instructors

All instructors are fully qualified and insured. Between the 4 instructors they have over 65 years of working in the fitness industry. 

Alan is a former Royal Army Physical Training Instructor with experience in all fields.

Andy is a qualified Professional Rehabilitation Specialist and currently working at DMRC Stanford Hall.

Dwayne is a very experienced professional and has worked in all areas of health and fitness for the last 15 years.

Gooders is a highly experienced and still practicing Physical Training Instructor in the British Army. Over 12 years experience of taking different classes.
